Kenneth is a mechanical Engineer by profession. He previously worked for Sasol Synfuels as Senior Mechanical Engineer. He then joined Kentz, PDPS, SNC-Lavalin as Lead Engineer and Engineering Manager. He managed the design office comprising of teams of engineers and designers. While working for Engineering Companies, he managed and executed the scope of an Engineering contractor. Other areas of expertise include: compilation of technical engineering requirements for procurement of process equipment, Feasibility Studies, Concept & detail designs, compilation of standards and procedures, and Project Management.
He is also registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of SA.

Lehlohonolo is a certified maintenance and reliability professional with over 18 years of experience in operations management, asset management, maintenance management and condition monitoring. He has extensive knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance strategy design, quality control system design, reliability engineering, technical auditing and in depth knowledge of turbomachinery. He is a certified category ii vibration analyst by Mobius institute of Australia and is a tribologist certified by south African institute of tribology. He has knowledge and experience in application of OSH ACT, Mineral ACT, ISO, API, SANS and PASS 55.
He is also registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of SA.

Eli Levy previously worked for Sasol Technology for 7 years as a Senior mechanical Engineer. He then joined Uhde / ThyssenKrupp as Lead Engineer for more than 20 years. He was leading a team of engineers and they executed several projects in the Petrochemical, power, and mining industries where Uhde / ThyssenKrupp was the principal contractor. He has extensive knowledge in the application of industry codes and standards for new designs and post construction activities. He has many years of experience in detail design of process equipment and piping.
He is also registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of SA.

Jonathan is a Civil/ Structural Engineer by profession with experience in Civil / Structural Engineering design and project Management. He has over 20 year's post graduating engineering experience. He was an engineering manager and also project manager on various multi discipline projects of Bulk Materials Handling, Power industries, Mining & Mineral processing, Port infrastructure, commercial and residential infrastructure. Other areas of expertise include: estimation and budgeting, Feasibility Studies, Concept & Preliminary designs, Detail Designs, Preparation of tenders and Project Management.
